I'm now crawling

At first it started with me covering a small space using my arms.

Then I mastered the Army crawl.  Mommy and Daddy better Colton-proof this house.

Getting in the Spirit

Dashing through the snow in my one-horse open stroller, I met some of my buddies at Edaville Railroad for the Festival of Lights.

My buddy, Colin, and I shared a pony on the carousel.

Then we hit up the locomotive and I was drooling all over my sleeve over Ginny.

The choo-choo train was a lot of fun.  I am starting to really enjoy trucks, cars and trains.

I can't wait to go back again next year and enjoy some of the rides.

Very nice to meet you ,sir

Jolly old Saint Nick stopped by my friend's house to introduce himself to me and all the neighborhood kids.

He seemed like a pleasant fellow

.

With a beard that withstood my test.  It was the real thing.

He even got me a nice gift.  It was the first Christmas present I received and it came directly from Santa Claus.

It tasted really good.  Thank you Santa.  I've been a good boy all year and look forward to many more years of fun.

My First Dance with the Ravioli

With Christmas around the corner, I've been hard at work.

First, I needed to start cranking out some homemade raviolis.

This year, with my assistance to Grandpa Rick, we set a new record...

With over 500 ravioli, which made Grandpa Rick happy.

Making so many ravioli tired mommy out, so I took a nap with her.

Gobble Gobble!

I started the day by donning a turkey shirt and playing some ball with Grandpa Picariello.

After that it was time to eat! We had a delicious meal of traditional Thanksgiving favorites. My arms are still too short to reach the table. But lucky for me, my cousin Tatiana was willing to share.
Once I had a full tummy it was time to play.
Peak-a-Boo!
This year Thanksgiving was extra special because it was....Auntie Diana's Birthday! I was so happy to celebrate with her (she turned 30 but don't tell anyone).
I also had a lot of fun playing with Auntie Lauren and my cousin Tatiana. I got everyone involved in some tummy time.
On Friday morning I thought I'd let mommy and daddy relax and entertain myself and my friend monkey on the kitchen floor.
Then it was off to Newport, RI for lunch with the McConaghy clan. It was chilly outside so I bundled up and cruised around in my stroller.
Sheri and Emme bundled up to stay warm too.
After lunch we all went to the arcade. Jill and Elena tried to teach me how to play skee-ball.
But I was so wiped out from all the fun and excitement I had a hard time keeping my eyes open.
So with the smoothing sounds of arcade games in the background and with flashing lights overhead I decided to take a snooze.
I hope you had a relaxing and yummy Thanksgiving holiday too!

We're so thankful for our wonderful family and friends.
Until next time...oxoxo

Playing Around

I've been having so much fun leading up to my 8 month birthday.

I took mommy and daddy to go see my favorite rocker, "Mama Steph."   Normally, I jam out at the library during the week while they are working.  When I heard she had a gig on a Saturday, I scored us some seats.

My two front teeth even made an appearance.  Then we all went for a walk at the World's End park.

I'm not sure what daddy said, but soon it was just me and mommy after she told him to take a hike.

I went  on a mission to find him for the Patriots kickoff.

I was looking up and down and all around before I found him in the tunnel.

The game of hide and seek made mommy and me happy.

I celebrated by blowing some rasberries.

Happy Halloween

Boo!  I enjoyed my first Halloween this past week dressed up as a Shark.

I celebrated the festivities all around town.  First was with my baby friends.

That dragon didn't know what hit him.  (it was my fin.)

A lot of my baby friends are bald.  Not me though.  My hair blows in the wind.

Mommy and daddy then took me down to Scituate Harbor in my stroller for some local Halloween fun.

Then back to the front porch with Daddy to hand out candy to all the neighborhood kids.

Spending some quality time with Mommy was the best part of the day.  I wanted to be sure she had as much fun on Halloween as I did, since it was also her Birthday.

Happy Birthday Mom!

I enjoyed dressing up as a shark.

But because I couldn't trick or treat for candy just yet, I felt like a fish out of water.

It's ok though.  Rasberries and a rasberry fu-machu suit me just fine.

Tailgating at Lehigh

The Fall Season wouldn't be complete without some college football tailgating.

Mommy and Daddy took me on a little road trip to Lehigh.  I was a happy baby the whole time even though I was getting my first tooth.

It was fun seeing my friends walking and playing with the football. I can't wait to join them soon.

We'll form a strong contingent of second generation fraternity brothers.

I had so much fun, I got a new Lehigh hat:

Hello Stranger!

Hi Everyone! Sorry I've been M.I.A. lately. I've been so busy and getting bigger everyday.
There are 3 new updates below. Enjoy!

To Grandma's House We Go

On Sunday I headed to Rhode Island to spend some quality time with my family. Here I am with my Great Grandmother Rose and cousin Tatiana.

I also got to spend some quality time with Auntie Kathie.

Grandma Nancy and Auntie Lauren were so excited to see me. How cool is this hat?! Aunt Charlotte made it for me. I love it!

What are you looking at?

So I take eating very seriously. Who can blame me? There are so many new foods to explore.

Usually I won't crack a smile when there is food coming my way. But this blueberry mustache is so silly I couldn't help it.

Now pass the spoon....
