It's a Boy!!!

Hello everyone! I have some major news. On Thursday August 22 at 5:07 am my new brother arrived. He was one week late and we were anxiously awaiting his arrival.
Logan James weighed 8 pounds 4 oz and is 20.5 inches long. Like me, he has lots of hair and blue eyes.
I put on my Big Brother t-shirt and headed to the hospital to meet him. I'm so excited to have a brother and look forward to teaching him lots of new things.
Nana and Grandpa came to the hospital to meet Logan too.
So did Auntie Diana and Uncle Tarn. It was a long 41 week wait but so worth it!
We are now officially a family of four. Mommy is seriously outnumbered by the boys in the house. I hope she can handle it.
Before heading home, Logan watched his first football game with Daddy.
Then he spent some time cuddling with Mommy.
Once home, we had some more visitors. Grandma and Papa came over and stayed for the weekend.

Me and Logan are going to be best buds and have a lot of fun together. But right now he really likes to nap.
I look forward to sharing all of our adventures with you.
I'm so excited I can't contain myself.

Family of 3

These last couple of weeks before Baby arrives, our family of 3 has conquered all sorts of adventures.

We went to the beach

and then slid by the Harbor to celebrate Heritage Days and the founding of Scituate in 1627.

If that wasn't enough history, momma and dadda wanted to take me to the 147th annual Marshfield Fair.  At first, I didn't want to get dressed to go.

But, I relented once I heard there was a tractor pull.

and lots of barnyard animals to see.

I'm a big fan of cows and their milk.

Mooooooooo!

Lllama, llama wakey wake - time to wiggle time to shake.

The Marshfield fair was a lot of fun.  Our family of 3 will be expanding very soon with the new baby

and maybe a future dancing partner.

Fun times

Hi Everyone.  As much as I want to grow my curls, every once in a while I need a trim.

so I look good when I visit Grandpa Jim and Grandma Nancy.

Grandpa may get kisses

but Momma is still #1

because she stakes me to the beach with Dadda.

These last couple of months I have turned into a little man.  My vocabulary has expanded beyond ball and doggie to now include balloon, bubbles, kitty, boo-boo, cheese, baby, shoes, fish, Elmo and more.  I have a mouth full of teeth that lets me eat all sorts of fun foods like cheese, pizza, PB&J sandwiches, cheerios,  goldfish, bagels etc.  I've learned some sign language and the sounds of some animals like the elephant, snake, lion and dinosaur.

And most importantly, I am learning new ways to have fun - like with my new basketball hoop.
